What is a Doula?

A Doula is a trained labor companion who provides continual emotional and physical support for a birthing person during labor and birth. A doula also provides assistance with information and advocacy before, during, and after childbirth.

What do I do as your doula?

  • Customized Birth Plan and Preferences Sheet
